Solid Oak Extrernal Front Door, Hardwood Exterior Door

Manufactured from solid oak in our Derbyshire workshop, this traditional exterior door combines classic joinery construction with the natural character and durability of solid hardwood.

The 44mm-thick frame is constructed using traditional wedged mortice-and-tenon joints, providing a strong and durable connection between the rails and stiles.

Each door features 20mm solid oak bead-and-butt tongue-and-groove panelling, creating a traditional appearance suited to period properties, cottages and character homes.

Please note: This is a single-sided door, with the bead-and-butt tongue-and-groove panelling visible on one face only.

Available in a comprehensive range of standard UK imperial and metric door sizes, all manufactured with a 44mm solid oak frame.

Natural Solid Oak

Oak is a natural hardwood, with variations in colour, grain and character between individual pieces. These variations are part of the material's natural appearance.

As with all solid timber external joinery, suitable finishing and ongoing maintenance are essential to protect the door against weather exposure.

Finishing & Installation Supplied unfinished, ready for a suitable exterior-grade finishing system.

The door should be appropriately sealed on all faces and edges, including the top and bottom, before installation.

Suitable hinges, locks, weather seals and installation methods should be selected for the intended opening.
